Abstract

Human rights are fundamental principles that guarantee the dignity and freedom of all individuals in the life of a community, nation or people. Human rights are the fundamental foundation in ensuring a just, equal and dignified life every individual without discrimination.In the for context of national and statelife, human rights are not only a noral principle, but also the main pillar in creating a just and equal society. This article discusses the central role of human right in shaping an inclusive, democrative and equitable social order, and hoe their implementation becomes a benchmark for the success of a legal and governance system. In this article, the strategic role of human rights is discussed as the main pillar in realizing a just and equal life. Through a normative approach and descriptive analysis, this research examines the link between the safeguarding of human rights and the creation of societal justice, as well as the challenges of implementing human rights in the context of developing countries, especially Indonesia. It is emphasized that without effective protection of basic rights, people are vulnerable to injustice, marginalization, and systematic violations. The discussion showed that consistent enforcement of human rights can be a strong basis for eliminating discrimination, strengthening equal rights and promoting the creation of integrated social systems.
